At steph's decor dreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

 Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Some items, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned.

 Return Process

2. **Approval:** We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3. **Shipping:** You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

 Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

 Non-Returnable Items

Gifts
